- Bill Review – When you purchase telecom services through Spohn, we review the first bill of those services for accuracy. We compare the first carrier invoice for the services to the contracted rates and identify any variance. Incorrect billing is identified and reported to the client and Spohn will submit for credit from the carrier on the client’s behalf.
- Telecom Assessment – Get a top-down and bottom-up view of your telecom expenses. This is a one-time event that looks at all or part of your telecom expenditures. Use this service to identify cost overruns and ways to improve cost allocations.
- Monthly Stewardship –– Spohn currently provides telecom stewardship services for some of the largest companies in the nation and we can do it for you as well. Telecom stewardship services are provided on a monthly basis for an annual term based on a scope of work that defines carriers, services and location costs to be managed. The result of this service is an aggregation of all costs within the scope of work, analysis and reporting, monthly stewardship meetings, identification of inaccurate billing, identification of breach of service level agreements, credit request submission on behalf of the client and tracking of adjustments by carriers. Stewardship service cost may be waived if telecom purchases are made through Spohn.
