Thousands of Field Service Engineers (FE) are available throughout North America. Every FE dispatched is equiped with a laptop, comprehensive toolkit, inside wiring tools and materials. All FEs have access to sniffers, T-BERD testers, LAN analyzer and protocol analyzer for specific site requirements.

FEs are trained in commercial voice and data inside wiring and are fully prepared to perform extensive Category 5 and 6 Lan cabling and xDSL, ISDN, DDS, T1, T3 and Fiber demarc extensions. FEs perform a variety of customer premise installations including routers, switches, channel banks, multiplexers, CSU/DSU, modems, ATAs and access devices.

All FEs are managed through a central Technical Access Center (TAC) which is manned 24x7x365. The TAC dispatches the FEs, logs on and off site, performs quality assurance and documents activities and results.
